1. Data controller

The data controller is Rosa Delle Donne, sole proprietor of Rositaly di Rosa Delle Donne.

For any request regarding the processing of your personal data, you can contact the Controller at the email address above.

2. What data we collect

The Site is designed to collect as little personal data as possible. Specifically:

Contact form

If you fill in the contact form on the Site, the following data are collected, voluntarily provided by you: name, email address and content of the message. These data are used exclusively to respond to your request.

Appointment booking via Calendly

The Site includes a link/integration with Calendly for booking lessons or consultations. When you use this tool to schedule an appointment, the data you enter (for example name and email) are collected and processed directly by Calendly, in accordance with its privacy policy, available at https://calendly.com/privacy. We recommend that you read it before using the service.

Browsing data and technical cookies

The Site is built through the Lovable platform, which may generate system logs or technical cookies necessary for the operation of the Site itself. The Site does not currently use profiling cookies or tracking tools for advertising or statistical purposes (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel). If such tools are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly and, where required by law, your consent will be requested through a specific cookie banner.

The Site does not collect payment data, as it does not handle financial transactions directly.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

The data collected through the contact form are processed for the following purposes:

  • to respond to requests for information sent by the user;
  • to manage requests relating to lessons, consultations or collaborations.

The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the user, expressed by voluntarily submitting the form (Art. 6, para. 1, lett. a, GDPR), and, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the user (Art. 6, para. 1, lett. b, GDPR).

4. Processing methods and data retention

Personal data collected through the contact form are processed by electronic means and stored for the time strictly necessary to respond to the request and manage any relationship with the user, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless legal obligations require longer retention.

5. Communication and sharing of data

Data collected through the contact form are not sold, transferred or disclosed to third parties, except where necessary to respond to the request (for example, the use of the email service).

Data entered through Calendly are processed directly by Calendly, Inc., as independent data controller for the data collected through its service.

6. Transfer of data outside the EU

Some service providers used by the Site (for example Calendly and the Lovable platform) may have offices or servers located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer of data takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission). Please refer to the respective privacy policies of these providers for further details.

7. User rights

  • obtain confirmation of the existence of processing concerning you and access it (right of access, Art. 15 GDPR);
  • obtain the rectification of inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR);
